On- Ramp sessions are mandatory 1-on-1's to prepare the new CrossFitter to take on classes. In these introductory sessions we go over the foundational components for Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Here is where we help build confidence and reiterate safety to those new to CrossFit.
